These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.fenixfabric.com.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Orders

All products listed on our website are described as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or screen display.
Placing an order means you agree to purchase the selected product(s) and provide accurate shipping information.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (we do not store card/UPI details).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within India.
Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
A flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies per order.
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (courier delays, strikes, natural events, etc.).

5. Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.
Shipping charges (₹150) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout.
Any errors in shipping details may cause delays or non-delivery, for which FenixFabric is not liable.
