Returns

Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at support@fenixfabric.com
with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (₹150) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@fenixfabric.com
